I placed an order by mistake or I changed my mind, can I cancel?
Our members shop orders are processed almost immediately, and as such, we can't guarantee that we are able to cancel it before it's sent! You can always email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll check for you. If you have changed your mind, simply refuse the parcel and let us know, so we can process your refund straight away. Alternatively, we offer free returns on items in resellable condition.
