How do I track my order?

Each month, after your box has been dispatched from our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to The Royal Mail tracking page. Sometimes these emails can end up in your spam/junk folder, so please check here if you’ve not received it.

For full tracking details, after you have followed the link above, simply click on ‘where has my item been’. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please drop us an email at and we’ll be happy to help.
