Can I change my payment date?

Unfortunately not. We charge all members on the 25th of the month as this coincides with our shipping dates. We start preparing our boxes for shipping on the 25th, so we aren’t currently able to accommodate different payment dates for different members.

Don’t worry - if a payment is unsuccessful on the 25th, our system is setup to try again for a number of days after. But please note, if a payment is taken after the 25th, your box will likely arrive after our main shipment. In some cases, missing a payment may mean that we cannot guarantee you a box for that particular month, but we will always let you know.
